Return/exchange policy

Due to the uniqueness of each piece and handmade approach we don't accept returns of any jewelry pieces. 

We are happy to repair a damaged piece from manufacturing. *exclusion apply* 

To get in contact with us about damages, please fill out this form and attach a picture with the form. 

A return will be made in case the item is faulty, the item will be inspected to upon us receiving it. 

Jewelry Care Instructions

Keep in mind that most of our supplies are hand picked gold filled materials and/or natural pieces like shells and pearls. Although gold filled chains or findings does not tarnish, be careful when handing them in water, sweat and/or when spaying perfume.
