Each piece is unique and all jewelry is made to order. Please allow 4-5 days to process your order and ship it. Once is it shipped we are not responsible for the package, we will try out best to help you retrieve it. 

We are not supporting international shipping at this moment, check back again soon. 

Return/exchange policy 

Due to the uniqueness of each piece and handmade approach we don't accept returns of any jewelry pieces. 

We are happy to repair a damaged piece from manufacturing. *exclusion apply* 

To get in contact with us about damages, please fill out this form and attach a picture with the form. 

A return will be made in case the item is faulty, the item will be inspected to upon us receiving it.
